Oslo's volunteer-run sauna association operates a cluster of harbour saunas on Langkaia, a short walk from the Opera House and Central Station. Tickets are sold per 90-minute slot and fill up fast, so book ahead and bring swimwear and two towels. The Langkaia site has jumping platforms for a cooling dip in the Oslofjord between rounds.
